My nikon d3100 is taking blurry photos

Hello,
I have a problem with my Nikon D3100. When I set the lens to auto, my shots are blurry. Please help me, what should I do to fix this issue that is bothering me?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 39.0.2171.52

    You mean that the small A/MF button on the lens is set to A? Then you shouldn't try to take pictures of objects that are too close? The photos are always blurry in that case. Have you tried outside with more light? Are you in Live View mode or not?
