my digital camera won't turn on anymore Solved

Question

Hello,
My little sister dropped my digital camera (TRAVELER DC X5). However, it didn't fall hard or from very high. When I turn it on, the small indicator light comes on: it is red at startup, then turns green, and after 15 seconds it goes off. The screen no longer lights up, and the lens cannot retract! I would like to know if resetting it could change anything, and if so, how to reset it?
