    following this procedure, it should work

    - click on the following link:

    On the page that appears:
    - click on the primary user account
    (the only one that can create an account)
    - enter the corresponding password.

    In the main mailbox:
    At the bottom left:
    - click on "Create an additional mailbox".

    In the User Account Creation window:
    - 1 enter the information about the Holder of the new account
    Last name, First name...

    - 2 enter the information about the New email address:
    Address = first part of the email address (before the at sign).
    This must not already be used, otherwise it will be rejected.
    Password = to be chosen more or less complicated, depending on the confidentiality we seek and the practicality.
    Re-enter the password.

    - 3 click to accept the terms of use

    - 4 enter the mailbox holder's password to confirm the creation request.

    If the chosen name is not already in use, the mailbox will be created immediately.
