Hello,
After searching for solutions on various forums for a long time and testing many solutions without success, I’m presenting the problem I have with my desktop computer (different from the one I'm writing to you from):
I am connected to the internet "Internet Access" (it works via both Wi-Fi and wired connection) but as soon as I try to open a page in Chrome, IE, Firefox, etc., it never works.
For example, the error message in Chrome states: "Unable to display this web page in Google Chrome because your computer is not connected to the internet ... Error code: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET"
For your information, updates for Windows 7 and Windows Defender are still being made...
I have already tested:
netsh winsock reset via the command
Additionally, in my Wi-Fi diagnostics "Manual Diagnostic Tool," the test fails at "Transmitter-Receiver Test"

Ouf, I ran Internet Complete Repair but now when I restart the PC I get the message: "BOOTMGR missing
Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart"
and when I press Ctrl+Alt+Del it just gives me the same message again...

Run regular scans with it, it is effective.
