Hello, here’s my problem:

I switched operators two weeks ago, going from SFR to Orange, and the first week went great, everything was fine and I had a faster connection. Anyway... but for the past week, my Ethernet cable has changed from green to orange! Let me explain, I have one light that is continuously orange (where it should be green) and another one below that is yellow and blinking. I've spent hours trying to solve the problem but nothing... I restarted the box, reset it... updated the network card drivers but still nothing, I ran speed tests and nothing changes, the ping remains the same, as well as the upload and download speeds (especially in games, my connection is awful).
Otherwise, I cleaned my PC not long ago with a vacuum, could it be that???
Dust in the wrong places....

Hi

If (and only if) you have a Livebox Play (the black one) and a recent PC, it may indeed try to communicate in Gigabit.

You also need to ensure that the Ethernet cable is at least a CAT 5e (you have one included with the Livebox Play).
