how to remove the table and leave the text Solved

Hi;
I have a problem with a table after copying and pasting from the internet and I want to know how to delete it while leaving the text as it is? Thank you.
)I have the two arrows, one up and the other down, that indicate lines and when I right-click and select delete lines, everything gets deleted.

And in regular Word, you just need to place yourself in the table and do
Table Tools/Layout/Data/Convert to Text

Hello,
Select the entire table and copy it (with ctrl+V) if you want.
Then click on paste special, all the way to the left of the ribbon in the Home tab.
Next, select unformatted text in the following dialog box.

It works on Word Starter 2010
