Ventirad intel génère un bruit insuportable

J'ai monté mon pc hier, et le ventirad processeur intel fourni avec le processeur (i5) fait un bruit insupportable même quand il tourne lentement.
Voici ma config :
Processeur Intel Core i5-4440 (3.1 GHz)
MSI H87I
Be Quiet ! Pure Power L8, 630W
Carte graphique Sapphire Radeon R9 270X Dual-X OC, 2 Go
Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE, Noir
Kit Dual Channel DDR3 Crucial Ballistix Sport, 2 x 4 Go, PC3-12800, CAS 9
Disque dur hybride Seagate Desktop SSHD, 1 To
Cooler Master Elite 130
Avez vous des solutions ? C'est normal ? Un problème de montage ou bien un défaut de fabrication ?
Sinon je sais que je pourrais acheter un autre ventirad du type : http://www.topachat.com/pages/deta [...] 5413.html.
Mais bon si il y a une autre solution je suis preneur.
