PC Monitor - Out of Frequency Range

I just bought a new Acer AL 1916W A monitor. I configured the display settings in the Windows control panel with the 2048-1536 pixel standard. Of course I restarted the PC to validate. Now the monitor screen shows Out of range frequencies 92.6 kHz / 58 Hz. Now when I turn on my PC the screen always shows this message and I can't enter Windows to reprogram the screen. Can someone help please? Thank you in advance. Claude 66 years old.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

    Hello,

You made a mistake in the resolution (the standard as you say).
The correct resolution is 1440x900 for your screen.

You need to reboot in Safe Mode to change the resolution, then start normally.

To restart in Safe Mode, reboot your computer and immediately press the F8 key until a menu appears and choose SAFE MODE.

Windows will boot into a special mode in which you can set the correct resolution. Then reboot your computer normally and you’re good to go!

Personally, when I restart it, it keeps doing it to me.
