Problem ejecting my DVD from the Freebox without remote control

Hello,
I canceled my Free subscription for an SFR box, but I forgot to take out my DVD and now I can't reconnect it since a technician came to change the SFR connection. So I can't use it with the remote control because it can no longer be connected. What can I do to get my DVD out?

I don't think he needs to connect, just needs power, plug it back in and try this:

But normally after a reboot it does it automatically
so logically when you plug it in, it will do it.
