Open LibreOffice in the foreground

Hello everyone!
I am having a problem with the LibreOffice software on Windows 7: when I open a LibreOffice document from the explorer, for example, it does not appear on the screen, at least not in the foreground, and I have to click on the LibreOffice icon that appears on the taskbar to display the document.
Have you ever encountered this problem, and do you know if there is a solution?

    Thank you for your response. For my part, the phenomenon occurs as soon as I open the first Calc or Writer.

    It usually happens when there is already a LibreOffice file open.
    I tried it:
    I open a Calc, minimize it, then I open a Writer, and it doesn't open; I have to click on the icon.
