On Word, it's easy: you press the Ctrl, Shift and the +/= keys at the same time.
And to return to normal entry, you do the same action again.
On Excel, you have shortcuts with Alt and 251 or 252 or 253 and also 0176, 0178 or 0179 to display the 2 of m², the 3 of m³ or ° for degrees, but I don't know any shortcuts for "er," "ème," "bis," "ter," etc... I'm looking into it, but I don't really believe it.
