Hello
With the aim of deploying Office on several machines, I am looking for a way to disable the window that asks to perform the first connection to Office Online.
Can we, when creating the configuration.xml file, enforce the removal of this window so that the user goes directly to Word, Excel, or PowerPoint without having to check anything?
Thank you.

Hello,
In the Excel options under General then Startup options, uncheck the box Show the startup screen…..

I'm not sure we are talking about the same thing. I was thinking of that window that only appears on the first startup, and once you check one of the boxes, it's set. Basically, I would like to be able to configure it in advance in my installation file so that once deployed, there are no more messages or update requests when the user logs in.

It may not help you much, but yes it's possible, we migrated in April (900 PCs), users only needed to input their pre-created Microsoft login and their AD password. 365 cloud version for the accounts. However, this was done by consultants so I don't know how they did it.
But don't forget that since you are paying for the licenses, you have Microsoft's support to assist you with deployment/AD GPO/package management.

Hello,
Indeed, it will therefore be without follow-up.
Goodbye

Okay, thank you
I already have all the data to deploy actually, but the same problem persists; the user still has to set up Office once on their user session
I was thinking about changing something in the Office customization tool, but I don’t know what. Maybe modify the installation properties. -
I found this might be useful for others
In the Office customization tool, certain options need to be activated before creating the .msp file that will be used for deployment:
To remove the "Let's get started" window:
Modify user settings > Microsoft Office 20XX > Miscellaneous > Remove the recommended settings dialog box
To remove the welcome video (which starts right after):
Modify user settings > Microsoft Office 20XX > First Run > Disable the video + disable Office firstrun
