No image from iPad to TV with lightning

Hello,
I just received my lightning adapter to connect my iPad to my TV via HDMI.
It works very well except with the MyCanal app. I can hear the sound but the image only stays for a few seconds and then the screen goes black.

    Hi, it's not certain, but I know that some applications do not allow display on another screen, that might be the case for Mycanal, you are only allowed to watch the programs on the iPad.
    On the Apple TV box, I know that the Mycanal application is integrated, you just need to enter your login to watch the Mycanal programs on a TV.
    In the end, either the Mycanal application does not allow image transfer or the application has a bug and does not work on image transfer.

      I have some doubt about whether I can use this adapter; several forums mention it, but why can I then see a few seconds before it stops?

      Re, it might be the time needed for the app to realize that you're transferring the image.
      Where does your Mycanal subscription come from? Do you have a Canal+ or Canal Sat subscription? Or is it an option provided by an operator like some mobile subscription providers such as SFR?
