The Sims 4 won't launch

Hello

I bought The Sims 4 yesterday, I installed it without any issues using the CDs on Origin, and when I try to launch the game, I wait a few seconds and then I get this message:

unable to launch:

initialization error at startup.

[135dec40:984c6a38:00000077]

Can someone help me please?

    Good evening, I finally managed to play The Sims, here's the solution that worked for me:
    - Uninstall Avast antivirus
    - Install another antivirus (optional but preferable)
    - Uninstall Origin
    - Run CCleaner
    - Reinstall Origin
    - Launch the game

    There you go! Hoping it works for you too! ;)
