Unable to boot USB

Hello,

Before I throw my PC out the window, I'm reaching out to you with a little question?
I have a PC from the brand Essentiel B (a real piece of crap, to be honest!)
I would like to boot from a USB drive, either BIOS or UEFI, to downgrade it to Windows 7
It concerns version 2.16.1242 of the AMI BIOS. Usually, I always find a way to do it, but I've been stuck for 2 days, and no matter how much I disable Secure Boot, nothing works...
Please help me?

    Good evening,
    I'm bringing up an old topic, but just in case you haven't found the solution, I did manage to figure it out and it might help you.
    I disabled secure boot and enabled launch CSM, but I had to restart the computer and use F10 to finally get the boot option for the USB drive to show up, as it didn't appear in the BIOS.
