First, I suggest you log into the official UPS website to track the package, then you can call the station where your package is for confirmation of the information. Because UPS will destroy the package within the deadline.

This is what I did by providing my UPS tracking numbers.
Customer service called me back today to tell me that nobody can know when the delivery will take place, it all depends on the number of deliveries in the area.
I’m waiting for Monday, June 1st, and I will call customer service again, unless the person I spoke to calls me back before then.
It's important not to give up, especially I believe.
It’s very frustrating, that’s for sure, all supposedly due to Covid-19. Except that on June 2nd, there will be progress.

Same issue, incomplete address, except that I'm used to it with them; it's not the first time they've pulled this on me.
No issues with other carriers, La Poste, GLS, DHL, etc.
It's only with them, and the worst part is that every time they give me the same excuse: first the tracker announces a delivery for the day, so I take a day off to receive it, then at the last minute the tracking changes to an alert, additional information is required!

Then you have to reach their faulty voice service, a premium rate number where you struggle for 5 to 7 times to make them understand the information... then you finally get through, and they explain that the delivery person couldn't find the address because there are no street numbers...

Indeed, I live in the countryside, in a small street, yet there's a lot of traffic; it's the main street of the village. True, there are no numbers, and for good reason, there are only 5 houses lined up on the same side ^^
So I explain that I haven't seen anyone from UPS go up my street, and the person replies, it's normal, you're missing the number, so the delivery person couldn't find it with the GPS... Except that I've been using GPS for years in my profession, and getting to a city and a street without entering a number is absolutely possible... And coincidentally, after a simple "last house on the left" as a direction, they reschedule a delivery... not for the next day... nor for the day after... but for Monday! that is, the last day of the date planned by the sender.

I simply think that UPS lies about its parcel tracking system and gives fictitious information to customers; they use their many delivery issues with individuals to profit through their poorly designed hotline.

They are used to delivering to businesses, offices, industrial areas, etc., which often don't have more information than a zone or a street, but they always find their clients... however, when it comes to individuals like a goldfish that forgets everything after a turn in the bowl, they become incapable of delivering.

In my eyes, the worst delivery service for individuals there is.

Hello, I have the same issue. I tried calling the number where a lady speaks and asks me for my tracking number, but she notes it down incorrectly, so I can't get any further. How did you manage to reach them by phone and explain the situation?

I have the same issue even though my address was correctly marked by the sender when sent.

An unacceptable situation since I have been reading messages about the same problem since 2015.

UPS, change something!

PS. This is my first experience with UPS and I was not the one who chose this provider. But one thing is already certain: I will never choose this provider nor recommend it to anyone.

So the delivery person left a notice of passage even though I was definitely present, so I spent the evening searching because it's incomprehensible, UBS is the worst delivery service in the world! I don't even understand how Amazon works with them. It's impossible for me to go to the pickup point, it's too far, and contacting UBS is impossible! It’s going to be very complicated for me to go to a pickup point since I have serious health issues. I'll see tomorrow, but when you're sick, it's beyond frustrating! And with the day I had trying to figure this out, I understand you, and with everything I’ve read about them, it’s not surprising. I’ll see what awaits me tomorrow...
