I'm really desperate because I've tried everything, reinstalling the game, deleting data from my PS3 to make space, and nothing works. It always shows me (error 80030001), and each time I play GTA V, I have to restart the prologue and then I can go online, and even online it shows me this error. Please help me, I can't take it anymore. =(

I did it, this brings me to a screen resolution menu, press X to say yes, this is a 1080p resolution, or if you press circle you won’t see anything anymore, that's weird =/

It's okay, I succeeded, but the problem is that it gives me this error because during the loading of GTA V when the 5 stars are on the screen, it gives me error 80030001. I'm doing it again, I'll see =/

either it's related to online backup or it's a system error, the ideal is that you can backup as much as possible and perform a PS3 system restore but all data will be lost You will need to re-enter the ID and password for PlayStation®Network and restore the internet connection.
option 5 in the recovery.

I did what you told me to do and unfortunately it's not working. I deleted my messages and sent + received, but I'm still getting this error...
