Hello everyone

What a surprise this morning to have an update regarding the implementation of the update search module

The only catch is that I get an error with each update search (not serious since the updates were done beforehand)

It ranges from error 80072EE2 to

Server overload?

Thank you

Configuration: Dell latitude windows 7 pro

    Hello

    I provide the solution :)

Indeed, the error code indicated a problem with the Windows Update overload

    So I followed this guide

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-update-faq-8a903416-6f45-0718-f5c7-375e92dddeb2#1TC=windows-7

    1) If the Windows Update error 80072ee2 appears while searching for updates, it is possible that the Windows Update servers are overloaded and receiving too many update requests. Close Windows Update, wait 10 to 15 minutes, then re-run Windows Update. You can also wait for Windows Update to run at the scheduled time.

I followed their advice to wait 10 to 15 minutes and then restart Windows Update

Only 1 available update (optional), which is the driver for the touchpad

      Hello,

Well, it helped me a lot... So calm down a bit before blaming the person who made the topic... Honestly... What’s the point? What does it serve you? Do you feel powerful behind your screen writing crap...
Seriously guys, it's a forum not a battlefield where the one who wins is the one who sends a comment that brings down the author or discredits them...

      Grow up a bit, I don't know...

I still want to thank you lilidurhone for this topic, which I find very useful because sometimes it takes longer to find your answer on Microsoft sites. (that's the whole point of a topic guys, to save time not to shoot at each other and I'm speaking for everyone not just for you 2011N2...)

      Best regards.
