Windows 7 update - error 80072EE2

Unable to update WINDOWS 7 for a few months. A red shield with a white cross appears. I manually launched the search and after 4 hours: failed: error code 80072EE2. Thank you in advance for helping me resolve this issue. Best regards.

      On the downloaded page I indicated, run the "troubleshooter" and if the "troubleshooter" does not solve your problem, download WinUpdateFix, save it to your desktop, open it by right-clicking on it and selecting run as administrator. Once WinUpdateFix is open, in services: Automatic Updates, BITS, and Cryptographic Service should all be green.
      If not, click on Automatic and then Start to reactivate everything.
