Crackling issue on a Toshiba TV

Good evening,
I have had a Toshiba 27WL56P TV for almost 10 years that still works wonderfully.
However, for a few months now, I've been hearing a slight crackling noise that intensifies day by day, to the point where today the crackling is more noticeable than the sound itself. And since it is stored in a bedroom, it's very annoying!
I noticed that the noise intensified depending on the brightness of the screen. I used a can of compressed air to clean the TV thinking that might help, but nothing works.
Could this be the end of its good and faithful service?
