ATM configuration issue

Hello,

I changed my Livebox 1 today to replace it with a Livebox 2.
To configure it, I type 192.168.1.1 in Google Chrome (so I am exactly what the installation manual of the box indicates) I enter the default credentials (admin; admin) and in the "configuration" menu, after entering my Internet credentials, I get the following message:

"ATM Configuration"

Your ADSL line is synchronized, but it is not configured correctly. Try refreshing the connection. If the problem persists, please contact Orange customer service.

So now I have no Internet connection at all.

Obviously I already searched the net for a possible answer, many people have the same problem but not a single solution ...

Is there a solution to this problem or should I just switch ISP and never set foot with Orange again ??

    See with Orange as the message indicates. Impossible for us to help you. It’s probably an account/ID/password issue.

      Ok thank you for the response. So it's a problem with the identifiers... strange, I already tried 20 times...

      it probably won't be easy to get explanations from Orange support but oh well...

    these aren’t ATM settings, but well, it’s a Livebox.....
    if it doesn’t work, do a factory reset using the button and start over.

      Okay, it’s good, it’s working now. In fact the problem was that the line wasn’t activated yet ... I waited 2 days and it worked like magic ^^'
