Hello,
I am a professional and I requested a fixed IP from Orange because I have a surveillance system and I want to access the cameras from outside.
I have received my fixed IP by email, but I am now looking for a way to configure my Livebox with this new IP. I am reaching out to your expertise because Orange is charging me €45 for this operation… and it’s really annoying!!!
Does anyone know a solution? Thank you in advance.
Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 8.0

hi
Nothing special to do, except maybe restart the Livebox
It's Orange that assigns the static IP to your box
Now, it wasn't necessary to subscribe to this paid option for a fixed address like no-ip, it was enough to register with them (no-ip since dyndns has become paid), enter the settings in the box and it would be reachable from the outside via an address like mon-ip.com
If you go to https://www.adresseip.com/ you should have your new static address assigned by Orange

I have an address at no-ip.com
but I don't know how to configure my box with this active hostname.
