Send photos from a PC to a mobile phone

Good evening.
I tried using Picasa, which I have and work with, but Picasa only shares with email addresses!! I have a Nokia 610 mobile phone, and to transfer my photos from the phone to my PC, I had to download "ZUNE", so I wanted to transfer the photo stored on my PC to my phone and then send it to my correspondent's phone via mine, but I can't manage to do it, it doesn't show up on my phone???
Yet on the Zune page, the photo in question is marked with the phone's logo indicating that it is there?? But I can't see it on my phone??? So that I can send it.
Would you have a solution?? Thank you

I'm sorry, I don't use Zune. I either go through Facebook if the person has an account and is one of my "friends," or I use Google Picasa, which syncs with my phone and allows me to share with the person if they have a Google account (Picasa, Gmail, YouTube, etc.). If they don't have an account, I send them the direct link to the photo or Picasa album via email or chat. The person just has to click on it and download it.

Thanks for taking some time to help me! But all of this assumes having an Internet subscription and an email address...
I know about transfers by link or sending on F.B. etc. ... but the guy in question only has his phone (Apple).
So I thought of something I've already done for something else, I'm going to take a picture displayed on my PC with my phone and voila, I send it to him via MMS!

If the guy has an Apple, given the price of these devices and their place in the market, then he probably has data access (internet) and an email account somewhere (either free or via Apple).

Ok, I understand your reasoning well, just like mine, but what do you want!! His Apple phone was given to him by his daughter! ... and he lives in a small house (a bit better than a shed, but no landline so no internet via a box! ... I already asked him if he had an email address but he doesn't know, !!?? His daughter isn't with him! She's somewhere I don't know?? So! But no worries, it's not very important.
