CHKDSK not working - nothing happens

Hello,

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 36.0.1985.143

Everything or almost is in the title. My main drive C: has been recognized as damaged when I run the check with chkntfs and apparently for this reason I cannot defragment this drive because "the integrity bit is set" or something like that.

The problem is that I can't run a check on drive C:
I tried going through --> Computer --> Right Click on drive C: --> Properties --> Tools --> Error-checking (I check both boxes), it tells me that it is scheduled for the next restart, then when I restart.. nothing.

Then, I tried with the command prompt but the same thing. I type chkdsk /f (or /f /r) and confirm for it to run at the next restart but still nothing.

I have done multiple scans with multiple antimalware or antivirus (which allowed me to remove a few things in the process by the way xD) but still nothing.

I'm out of ideas and I have looked at dozens of forums but I still haven't found a solution. So if someone could help me it would be greatly appreciated :)

Thanks.

PS: sorry for the wall of text but I don't know why my line breaks aren't being taken into account...

Hello

in a command prompt, type: sfc /scannow

once the scan is finished, restart the PC.
and try the chkdsk again ........
