How to install Viber on PC without having it on smartphone?

Hello,

I'm trying to install VIBER on a MacBook, but they are asking me to enter the phone number of a smartphone on which it is installed.

Is there any way to install it without using a smartphone??

    Not at all skilled, it should be possible to install a virtual mobile that allows me to use Viber on PC. Because the application is available, but the PC application still needs to use the contacts from the mobile application.

    If possible to install a virtual mobile application on PC.
