Change the sapphire of a TD012 turntable.

Hello everyone,
I got a turntable with the model number TD012 (no visible brand).
But it's a dead ringer for this one from the brand Big Ben:

I looked for a replacement stylus on http://www.saphirvpc.com but honestly, I couldn't find this model...

Anyway, I don't know much about this and if you could indicate where to buy a replacement stylus for this:

    Hello.
    A cartridge or turntable cell consists of two parts: the stylus itself, which normally detaches with a small plastic piece, and the part containing the coils which is screwed to the arm and connected by four electrical wires.
    A turntable can be fitted with all kinds of cartridges. So you need the cartridge reference if you only want to change the stylus.
    If you want to change the entire cartridge, you can put anything in, you'll just need to readjust the counterweight (anyway, as in the photo you've disassembled it, you'll have to redo that).
