Question

Hello, every time I try to launch µtorrent nothing happens for a while and then I get this message: "it seems like uTorrent is already running, but not responding.
please close all uTorrent processes and try again."

I tried to close the process using the famous ctrl+alt+del and nothing happened, it won't budge, please help me, what should I do?
