Lost license key

Hello good evening!

My brother-in-law bought an Action Replay Power Saves 3DS and he threw away the box.
The problem is the license key was on it, so in the end we can't transfer the codes.
Is there a solution to do it without or to recover it legally?

      I don't think going there will help you much.
      Even if you had the ticket, Cora only sells boxes, they don't handle the licenses.
      So the best thing to do is to contact the publisher, maybe you can negotiate with them AND provide proof of purchase. But in my opinion, it's not a sure thing.

      With the receipt, they might be able to generate the barcode for the box.
      In that case, contacting the publisher will be easier.
