Bouton submit ne marche pas

Bonjour,
ça fait plusieurs jours que je cherche a faire un espace membre, en cherchant sur internet j'ai trouvé un truc qui me plaisais : http://www.lephpfacile.com/howto/10-comment-faire-un-espace-membre-en-php

Tout marche impeccable sauf que j'ai voulu changer quelques page j'ai donc refais tout les pages mais celle pour ce connecter de fonctionne pas ! lorsque je clique sur le bouton pour se connecter la page se rafraichi seulement !

Déjà il faut mettre action dans la balise form

<form method="post" action="tapage.php">

ensuite pour le submit il faut le mettre dans le <form> et pas à l'exterieur du <form>
comme cela
<input type="submit" name="connexion" value="Se connecter" class="btn btn-primary btn-block btn-large" />

après il faut verifier en premier si le submit est !empty c'est plus simple que avec isset

if (!empty($_POST['connexion'])) { le reste du script de verification et envoi etc ... }
