Hello.
I bought a second-hand 3DS for my daughter and the parental controls are blocking everything. I can't even format the console or change anything online. She's 15 years old and I refuse to send the form to Nintendo (because it requires an address and a friend did it, she received a bunch of Nintendo stuff) and my support code is 10 digits long (for the software, the 8-digit codes are free to get a general code while the 10-digit codes are paid) and I don’t want to pay for that. Do you have another way to get a general 5-digit code for the 3DS from a 10-digit support code (for free)? Or do you have any other trick to format the console?
