My 3DS won't charge anymore, I even bought another charger, and it still doesn't work but on DSi XL it does
Can you help me please? Thank you!! :)

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 27.0.1453.116

Hi,

It's your charging connector where you plug in the charger that's causing the problem; this part is quite fragile on the DSi and 3DS as many people have issues with it.

It's the battery of your 3DS that's dead, send it to Nintendo for repair, it's free if you haven't missed the deadline.

You must have a battery problem because the charger works perfectly on 3DS, 3DSXL, DSi, and DSi XL.

Remove the screws behind the battery and test it with a voltmeter; it should meet the specifications on the battery cover (the plate secured with the screws).

If it doesn't match the correct value, try recharging it (especially if it's at 0V).

If not, that means the 3DS has a broken component.
