Hello, I am unable to connect my Samsung smart TV EU48H6400 to free wifi. Could someone help me, thank you.

Good evening,
Since you need to open a web page after connecting to FreeWifi in order to enter the username and password for your FreeWifi account, try opening the web browser on your Smart TV and see if the FreeWifi login page is displayed. If not, you can also try going to: wifi.free.com
If that doesn't work either, I'm sorry but there are no solutions.

On my Samsung Smart TV connected to the wireless network but not to the internet, and even when the free Wi-Fi page comes up, I can't enter the password and the ID. Thank you for responding.
