My Snapchat account is locked. Solved/Closed

Good evening,
I have a problem when I try to log into my Snapchat account; a message appears saying that the account is temporarily blocked due to "suspicious activities"... I don't understand why and it appeared all of a sudden... if anyone knows how I can use it again.

I admit that I'm starting to crack, I had an Android with Snapchat, no issues, then I changed my phone to a Windows phone, where until now I had no issues either. BUT, since yesterday, my account is blocked for "suspicious activity"!!!!! It's outrageous!! ANYWAY, I did what you said, snapchat/locked, they don't identify me, I only get a nice message: "You must solve the captcha."... I'm stuck too... Since yesterday, I haven't been able to open the snaps I receive, except for the stories
This morning, my account is blocked for "suspicious activity".........
I've:
- Uninstalled the app
- Restarted my phone
- Changed my password
- Uninstalled the app from my old phone
- Restarted my phone
- Reinstalled the app ........

And nothing works... I'm at my wits' end!!!
Windows phone as well, Nokia 635, never had this problem before!

Any ideas, anyone?

I also have a Windows Phone and had the same problem as you with this Snapchat message, and I didn't know what to do yesterday. I turned off the phone, removed and reinstalled the app, etc., and today I went to the link they mention in the message, changed my password, and strangely it's working again miraculously, but for how long? I really don't understand; I didn't do anything special, and I doubt it was the password change that actually unlocked my account...

I had the same thing! Do you have a Windows phone? Because on Windows phone, there is no "official" Snapchat, so Snapchat blocks accounts that use apps like 6snap. I couldn't find a solution, so I created a new account; I hope it won't be blocked. Otherwise, I'm still trying to recover my old account!!
It's really outrageous to neglect Windows phone users like this!!

Hello, I have had the same problem twice, I think you are probably on WP and that you are using 6Snap, it's actually the real SnapChat that deletes your account because you are using a "fake" version of SnapChat.

I had the same problem as all of you, and when I reset my password, it didn’t work. The same thing happened when I uninstalled the app or when I turned my phone off and on again. So, it frustrated me, and after a while, I tried just turning on the mobile data on my phone and turning off the Wi-Fi. IT WORKED! GOOD LUCK :)
