My Philips TV won't turn on...

Good evening,

Here is my issue: My Philips TV won't turn on.
Let me explain:
After a "zap," I couldn't change the channel anymore. After that, I decided to turn off the TV hoping that the bug would be resolved.

Unfortunately:
- No sign from the TV
- Only the red LED light blinks when I press the "POWER" button
- I have really tried everything.
- I don't think it's a problem with the remote control.

I really need a quick and effective response.
Any suggestions are welcome!

Hello, Philips TVs have a lot of Samsung components.
I took apart my TV and noticed that the capacitors were bulging (they were part of the Samsung components inside the Philips TV).
(99% Samsung versus 1% Philips component)
In summary, if you buy a Philips TV, it's like buying a Samsung TV!?
