Hello,

on my Packard Bell - EasyNote ME69BMP laptop, when I right-click for fullscreen, I can't go back to normal screen.
The F11 and F12 keys control brightness + or - and I have to shut down the computer to get back to a normal page.
This laptop is definitely full of surprises!

    On what software? browser? And the escape key?

      On Windows 8, Google Chrome, the escape key has no effect.
