ICloud and iMessage between two iPhones

Hello,

I am using an iPhone 5 and my father an iPhone 4S. We are using the same Apple ID and I can't remember what I did during the iOS update, but I did something like "you can reach me on these devices: .." with my father's number.
As a result, when I receive an iMessage, he also receives it, which is very problematic, as you can understand..

I tried to delete the iCloud account with no changes.
What should I do? Should I create a new Apple account? If so, what are the procedures to follow?

Hello,
so on each iPhone, go to Settings and then Messages. Further down, you will find Send & Receive. Here, only check the phone number (it should be grayed out).
And remember to do the same for FaceTime.
