Hello,

Hello; I recently bought a "Canon Mf3010" printer with its CD-ROM, but as soon as I install it, my PC displays an error and this message appears: "Unable to start installation in the current environment. Please check the installation startup status."
Please help me.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 36.0.1985.125

    Hello;

    Could you please specify whether your Windows 7 is 32 or 64 bits
    Or alternatively, install it from the Canon site by selecting the correct operating system and downloading the latest drivers and software available for Windows 7 32 or 64 bits

    Please let us know if your issue is resolved by activating this function in the designated area
    Best regards and A+

    Windows 7 64-bit, and I believe this CD is for those who have 32-bit, it's specified in the files on the CD and I just downloaded the driver from the website you suggested, but as soon as the installation is complete, nothing appears.

      Hello;

      If the CD is only intended for Windows 7-32 bits, you need to go to the Canon website as mentioned and see what they offer for Windows 7-64 bits

      Try to download directly this executable as well as this one
      If the printer is connected to the PC via a USB cable, you need to unplug it before installation and reconnect it when prompted by the system during the new installation
      Cheers
