Smileys not displaying

Hello,

My problem is this: I downloaded an app called Keyboard Go, which is a keyboard with all emojis as plug-ins, but in my messaging app no emojis show up, instead I see question marks for each emoji. Can you please help me?
My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Trend.

Configuration: Windows XP / Chrome 35.0.1916.153

    However, his correspondents will probably still not see the smileys unless they install the same applications.

      gladys994 don't confuse smileys and emojis......smileys are visible to everyone...the problem for the poster is that apparently he only installed Go Keyboard, but to be fully operational he needs to install Go SMS Pro......

      Smiley are simply a combination of : and ) or even , but if his phone displays question marks, it means that like me, he has associated smileys with icons based on smileys developed by emoji ;).
      Now it's possible that he needs smspro for his phone to interpret the smileys, I don't know, but then it wasn't very clear :)
