Problèmes icloud liés à un changement de tél + numéro

Bonjour,

J'ai donc changer d'opérateur, d'iPhone et de numéro de téléphone en même temps !
J'ai récupérer mes sauvegardes de mon ancien iPhone et j'ai peut-être fait une fausse manip' car lorsque je veux activer le trousseau, apple m'envoie un code mais sur mon ancien numero qui n'est pas encore désactiver. J'ai cherché partout et je ne trouve pas coment désactiver mon ancien numéro...

Thanks Fred! I've already tried what you said but it still doesn't work... I'm going to call Apple support tomorrow, I'll keep you posted, thanks again!

If you no longer have access to the phone number used in two-factor authentication, you need to go to:
https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid
Then you must enter the phone number you no longer have access to, and you will be asked to confirm your identity by providing the last 4 digits of your credit card, after which you can provide your new phone number.
You will receive a message indicating that you will hear back within 24 hours. By reconnecting to iforgot.Apple.com, you can track the status of your request. A delay of 20 days is expected before a code is sent to your new number.

Hello, I broke my phone and my phone number has been deleted.
I can't log into my old Apple account and I haven't added a credit card to it, what should I do?
