Can you return a used game to Micromania?

Hello,

Three days ago I bought a used game for a friend at Micromania, but silly me, I didn't know he already had this game. That's why I would like to know if they can take it back and if I can exchange it for a game of the same price.

    Hello,

    I inquired for you on their sites and reviewed their terms and conditions:

    I noted this:

    6.1 - Returns

    Used products sold by Micromania cannot be returned or exchanged in stores.

    The customer also benefits from a range of services defined in article 9. It’s 4-5 weeks.....

    So I don’t think they can take it back if it’s used.
    (nor new I believe)

    But, they mention a Mega-card, although I didn’t quite understand their system...

      Ok thanks, I think you're right since new games need to be returned unopened and since used ones don't have packaging.
