Bonjour, j'ai un gros souci de BSOD en chaine depuis plus de quinze jours ca devient decourageant, quelqu'un peut il m'aider

Bonjour,
Les BSOD que vous avez ont pour cause deux fichiers afd.sys et klwfp.sys. C'est tout ce que je sais. Par contre, j'ai pu remarquer qu'un antivirus cause ce problème( Kaspersky ) et que dès que tu vas sur Internet, ça apparait.
J'espère que j'ai pu t'aider !

merci, me conseillez-vous de me débarrasser de cet antivirus défectueux ? Je l'ai désinstallé plusieurs fois et réinstallé mais le problème reste le même. Quant au autres BSOD il apparaît que des pilotes sont en cause, mais pourtant tout les pilotes sont a jour

finalement j'ai simplement réinitialisé mon pc et réinstallé Windows 8, sans réinstaller Kaspersky, et pour le moment aucun problème, sauf un fonctionnement parfois lent, certainement causé par une RAM défaillante.

En fait, Kaspersky a installé des drivers incompatibles avec Windows 8/8.1. Grossomodo, c'est Kaspersky lui-même qui est incompatible.
