Hello,
I bought a Luxya MID 704DC tablet more than 6 months ago. Until now, it was working fine. But today, when I tried to turn it on, it got stuck while starting up. When it powers on, it stays on a page saying "loading, please wait..." for a little while... this usually lasts 30 seconds to 1 minute, but this time it just goes on forever.
I thought that resetting it would bring it back to normal, but which buttons should I press to start the reset procedure?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello, I had the same problem with my Luxya Mid 702SC. Here’s how to restore it to factory settings: press the power and volume up buttons at the same time, it will turn on and the open Android logo will appear, wait 10 seconds and press volume down several times. Options will appear (recovery), scroll down to "Wipe all data/factory" using volume down, and press power (just a quick press). Once this operation is done, scroll down one space and confirm, then go up to the very top to "Reboot" and confirm. The tablet will restart, the first time it will take about 5 to 10 minutes, and after that, it will be like before (without any apps but your data, e.g., photos will remain).

An application crashes your tablet; unfortunately, you need to initiate the reinstallation procedure!!!

I was thinking the same thing, but I don't know how to start this process without accessing the tablet's settings. I have a small idea of the app that could crash my tablet.
Do you have any idea how to initiate this procedure?-

I tried your technique and it worked at first, but she tells me that she is upgrading apps, even though she shouldn't have any to upgrade apart from the ones already installed. I don't understand why she is doing these upgrades when she doesn't even show me my lock screen. I'm not sure what to do except try to find my warranty and use it.
