How to reset an Arnova 9 G2 tablet?

Hello, my Arnova 9 G2 tablet won't turn on. At least it stays on the startup page and then nothing... I've been told that I need to reset it but I don't know how to do that.

Configuration: Windows XP / Safari 535.11

    There is a tiny hole right next to the charge indicator where you can insert a needle to reset it. Good luck!

      I have the same problem and I tried to reset it, but it still remains stuck on the startup page. Do you have any solutions to suggest?

    On my Arnova 9G3 tablet, I managed to perform a hard reset: when it arrives at the screen with the Android robot, you need to hold the power button and press the volume down button, and then immediately press the volume up button, and then you'll get the reset menu. You need to carefully select the reset option that deletes user data, and there you go, the tablet is reset to factory settings.
