During the reset, bookmarks, browsing history, passwords, cookies, and auto-filled information from web forms will be retained. However, extensions and themes will be removed, open windows and tabs as well as tab groups will not be preserved, and preferences will be reset.

So yes, for your extensions you'll need to reinstall them.
