Sweetpacks/virus ? Résolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour, mon ordinateur acer aspire 7715 (windows 7) est de nouveau sous Sweetpacks, affiche des pubs et marche au ralenti.
J'espère trouver une solution ici, merci.

Salut,

Tu as installé des adwares et programmes parasites sur ton PC qui ouvrent des publicités et ralentissent l'ordinateur et les navigateurs WEB. 
Voici la procédure à suivre pour les supprimer :

Fournis les rapports AdwCleaner et OTL via le site pjjoint comme cela est demandé.

Tu dois :
1/ Faire un nettoyage AdwCleaner et fournir le rapport.
2/ Réinitialiser les navigateurs
3/ Faire un scan OTL et fournir le ou les rapports.

J'ai l'impression que tu n'as pas réinitialisé les navigateurs comme c'était demandé dans la procédure. Supprime les proxys : https://forum.malekal.com/viewtopic.php?t=47404&start= * Relance OTL.
