Philips portable DVD fuse keeps blowing
Hello,
We have a Philips portable DVD player. During playback, it stopped, and we can't get it to restart. Friends suggested that we change the fuse in the power cable. The player worked again, but the fuses keep blowing one after another. When we turn the motor back on, nothing happens. We don't know when the fuse blows. We've tried turning off the device before cutting the motor and vice versa, but the fuse only lasts for an uninterrupted trip; as soon as we have to cut the motor, the player won't restart. Has anyone had this kind of problem before? We're using 3A fuses.
Maybe it's the cable?
Thank you for your help!

Without being harsh, change your equipment and brand. There may be a power supply issue.
There are plenty of cheap DVD players available: https://www.homecine-compare.com/tous-lecteurs-blu-ray-liste-77.htm?brtype=home
