Hello,
To make it simple, whenever I try to launch an application that requires .NET FRAMEWORK, it crashes and displays
"The application failed to start correctly (0xc0000135) Click OK to close the application."
For example, with puush
I've tried almost everything: uninstalling-reinstalling, changing versions, looking for software that fixes the issue.
After many searches, I thought I found the source of the problem: the dll mscoree.dll was missing, so I searched for it and found it with dll fixer but it still doesn’t work and I can't find any other leads.
I’m fed up and I'm asking for your help to fix this bug.
Thank you :)
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 29.0

I have the same problem except that mine is 0xc000007b
The problem comes from Windows Update; it is blocked so it doesn't install updates, and I can't install the Net Framework or Visual C++ updates
so it's impossible to resolve this error.
I think your error also comes from Windows Update

Every problem has its answer; a problem without an answer does not exist. -
However, you can download it here:
http://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/download/details.aspx?id=30653
If it does not appear in Programs and Features, simply reinstall it

I also found a problem with Windows Update, now that you remind me, I will try it.

It doesn't work, it says:
The same version or a later version of .NET Framework 4.5 is already installed on this computer.
