Comment se débarasser d'un virus? Fermé

Question

Bonjour, mon ordinateur vient d'être hacké, je sais pas trop quel type de virus c'était, mais en gros il a réussit a récupérer des mots de passes et m'a supprimé pas mal de programmes et le mec s'est même amusé a allumer ma webcam et me narguer. J'ai juste pu récupérer son adresse ip et une partie des programmes. Bref, pour m'en débarrasser j'avais pensé a une restauration totale, mais le problème c'est que je n'ai pas fait de sauvegarde sur cd ou autre. Donc y a t-il un moyen d'en faire une d'une autre manière? Ou alors de me débarrasser du virus, sachant que j'ai déjà fait une analyse en mode sans échec avec AVG et spybot et qu'ils n'ont rien trouvé. Merci d'avance pour vos réponses.

Faire un Scan OTL - Temps : Environ 40min

OTL permet de diagnostiquer les programmes qui tournent et déceler des infections - Le programme va générer deux rapports OTL.txt et Extras.txt 
Fournir les deux rapports :

* Télécharge http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/file/398-otl-oldtimers-list-it/ sur ton bureau.    
(Sous Vista/Win7, il faut cliquer droit sur OTL et choisir Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur)    

Dans le cas d'Avast!, ne pas lancer le programme dans la Sandbox (voir lien d'aide ci-dessus).

* Lance OTL    
* En haut à droite de Analyse rapide, coche "tous les utilisateurs"
* Sur OTL, sous Personnalisation, copie-colle le script ci-dessous :

**** Si durant le scan - OTL ne répond pas, ne touche à rien et laisse le scan se poursuivre ****

* Quand le scan est fini, utilise le site http://pjjoint.malekal.com/ pour envoyer le rapport OTL.txt (et Extra.txt si présent).

Salut,
Je n'ai pas pu réussir ta manip vue que l'ordi planté toutes les 30 min, cependant j'ai réussit a le restaurer. Mais je ne sais pas si le virus est encore la, donc dois-je comme même t'envoyer le rapport? Et merci pour la rapidité de ta réponse!

Tu as plein de programmes inutiles. Vas dans programmes et fonctionnalités du panneau de configuration, désinstalle : AVG Secure Search Lavasoft Ad-Aware Relance OTL. o sous Personnalisation (Custom Scan), copie_colle le contenu du cadre ci dessous (bien prendre :OTL en début).
