Philips HTL3140B/12 soundbar issue

Hello,

I purchased a Philips HTL3140B/12 soundbar because I found that the sound from my new flat screen was quite mediocre.

I'm encountering a small problem with the sound. After a certain period, I get some clear cracking in the sound when a character speaks.

I then have to turn it off and then turn it back on for it to go away before it eventually returns.

Does anyone have an idea of the origin of this problem?
Bad settings for the bass and treble?
Interference because the subwoofer works wirelessly?
I placed the subwoofer on the floor right next to the TV stand; could that have an effect?
I put my multimedia hard drive on top of the sub; is that bad?

Hello. I bought my Philips HTL3140B soundbar and the only problem is that once I connect my phone via Bluetooth to play my music, after 5 minutes the soundbar switches to "audio in" even though no cable is connected to this audio output. Can you please reply and let me know if there is a reset to do or not?
