Hello,
The .emz format is a courtesy of Microsoft.
With Word, create a new document, then click "Insert Image" and select the .emz file. It should appear.

Good evening, I was unable to open these emz files. With Word, I get an elliptical shape with a vertical axis and 10 spikes on the periphery, and it is orange in color. Given the result, I have given up.

Hello, I had the same problem after trying everything and anything for 2 days, here's how I got through it.
Download the software 7-zip (which is completely free).
Open the .emz file with this software.
Extract the file (which for me became an NTFS file).
Then open it with the Paint software (which is already on your computer).
And a beautiful image appears.
